Free US Shipping
Every custom book embosser ships free to all 50 states. No minimum order, no surprise fees at checkout.
Production Timeline
Each embosser is made to order. Our Iowa fulfillment partner typically completes production in 2-5 business days after we receive your personalization details.
Delivery Timeline
Carrier transit within the continental US usually adds 3-7 business days. Most customers receive their order within 5-12 business days total. Alaska and Hawaii may take slightly longer.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the facility. Allow 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
International Orders
We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
Returns on Personalized Orders
Plates are engraved with your custom text and cannot be resold. We accept returns only when:
- The embosser arrives damaged or defective
- The plate text does not match what you entered at checkout
- The handle or plate assembly fails under normal use within 30 days
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund once the issue is confirmed.
Address Changes
Email us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We can update orders that have not entered production.
